3. What will I learn in this course?
Participants will learn a range of techniques for using The Jaw Massage Ball® to target and relieve jaw tension. The course also covers anatomy, common causes of jaw pain and specific techniques for intra-oral self-massage.
4. Do I need any prior experience or knowledge?
No prior experience or knowledge is required. The course is designed to be accessible to beginners, whilst still being informative for those with some background in massage or physical therapy.
5. What materials do I need for the course?
You will need The Jaw Massage Ball® and a quiet comfortable space to perform the exercises and possibly a mirror to observe your technique.
6. How is the course structured?
The course is divided into sections, each focusing on different aspects of jaw massage, including a mixture of video demonstrations, written instructions and practical exercises.
7. How long does The Jaw Ball Method® take?
The 10 step daily practice itself takes around 12 minutes, however the programme also includes extra explanatory videos, copy and supporting materials. Practicing the techniques regularly over a period of weeks is recommended for the best results.
